All our pre-curated boxes typically take 3-4 working days to ship. In case you have customised the boxes the lead times may vary which will be discussed with you while taking the order. In case you need your order urgently, please do get in touch with our Customer Care at +91 98181 02005 or email us at [email protected] so that we can ensure expedited delivery (additional charges may apply). The shipping charges mentioned on the website are only for Pan-India Delivery. We do ship abroad but serviceability and charges are confirmed basis the delivery pin-code. Pls contact our Customer Care for serviceability , shipping timelines and pricing for international orders.
Only if the goods are visibly faulty, do we offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You can initiate a return request by sending an email to [email protected] along with your order number and photographs of the faulty product(s). Once your return request is reviewed by us, we will contact you with directions on how to proceed further with the resolution or return of the product. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Kindly ensure the product is packed well, includes everything that came with it and that you use a traceable and insured logistics service. If the product is not returned in original condition, the loss in value will be the responsibility of the buyer. The product must be returned to the seller within 5 days of the approval of the return request.
